Effective Date: October 2026 • Last Updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AllToolsly DIY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our calculation tools.
2. Preliminary Planning & No Professional Advice
Our software is provided as an estimation utility. The outputs generated by our calculators do not constitute licensed civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural blueprints, or formal building code compliance reviews.
Prior to excavating, ordering ready-mix concrete trucks, pouring structural foundations, building load-bearing footings, or modifying high-voltage electrical circuits:
- Always consult a licensed general contractor, structural engineer, or master tradesperson.
- Always verify structural compliance with your local municipal building department and obtain required permits.
- Always call 811 (US) or your regional utility locating service before any digging or excavation.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall AllToolsly DIY, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our calculators. This includes, without limitation, material shortages, material surpluses, project delays, structural failures, incorrect purchases, or contractor disputes.
4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All website code, design elements, mathematical layout algorithms, custom UI components, and written engineering guides are the intellectual property of AllToolsly DIY. You may use our calculators freely for personal and commercial project estimation. You may not scrape, copy, clone, or redistribute our calculation engines without prior written authorization.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to modern web services, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
